There was a concierge at the desk both on Saturday and Sunday. She was most helpful.

Located within walking distance to everything.
Got a room that overlooked the parking lot, and was right next to the lobby.

This was a very good deal. The hotel staff wasn't the friendliest, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is located right next to downtown Newport. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants.

The down comforter.
Small rooms for the price.

Decent place, but you are paying for location. It is not a high class hotel. Nothing special about it except the location. $15 a night for parking on top of cost of room.

Pier 49 is superb dining.
Should not have to pay for parking.

Nice rooms. Bathrooms have marble floors but the shower is not so nice. Very slow drains in tub. Location is awesome. Pier 49 is superb.

I liked the location of this hotel. Dinner was good and the bed was comfortable.
We got a room overlooking the parking lot.

My grown daughter and I had a lovely one night stay, close to shopping and the pool & sauna were relaxing.

It's located right on the water.
Room was too small.

Beautiful view and sunsets right on the water. Proximity to all the excitement of Newport, very convenient for walking and touring.
