Expensive restaurant menu, and limited options.

Pleased with convenience and comfort/cleanliness of room for a 1 night stay near the airport. 3 computers and printer free in the lobby. Free shuttle to airport. Pool not on site- not always available. No food options outside of expensive restaurant and airport.

I loved that because the hotel is close to the airport the hotel provided a travel card for the trains and buses to Geneva.
They would not and could not accommodate a room with a double bed. Nor was the buffet breakfast included in Geneva.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was unable to accommodate my request of a double room and could not really explain why the buffet breakfast was not included in Geneva but was included in the Florence. I found the staff not to be very helpful.

The rooms are not nice.

Dingy and in need of mold remediation and new hallway carpeting, I would avoid this.
