Lousy, yet expensive, internet service.

Perfectly nice hotel - new, I think
try to avoid the front rooms (on the Cromwell Road)- helpful, serious and pleasant youngish staff - rooms and bath exactly right for level of hotel - lots of heat!

This is the Ryanair of hotels. Need a pillow? Pay an extra charge. Comfortable room? Upgrade. Access the wifi? Upgrade. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. Bar and lounge is an unmanned afterthought.
