Good location, friendly staff, allowed early check in.
The hotel room was very dry but other than that nice.

Arrived early but no hassle on checking in, hotel room was nice, in fact, extremely nice for the price we paid. Clean and had new everything.

The bugs on the counter in the breakfast area.

Admittedly, we were looking to stay cheap for one night, but this placed smelled musty, there were bugs on the counter in the breakfast area, and the Internet kiosk was a completely expensive. We have stayed at inexpensive hotels before. We didn't expect fancy. We just expected decent. This was not.

Very central and convenient location.
Caters mainly to bus tour groups.

Downtown location easy walk to falls, dozens of good restaurants and attractions. No view but a clean, comfortable place. Very good value compared to others in area. Caters to large tour bus groups. Front lobby can be chaotic. Nice rooms and easy access. Free parking a nice bonus.

The front desk staff was knowledgable, helpful and courteous.
room very, very small Air conditioner was very noisy.

A long walk from the hotel to falls. Breakfast was very crowded and selection was quite limited.

The air conditioning in the hotel room was excellent.
Breakfast was terrible, Wifi was incredibly slow.

Location was less than expected, though not bad at all. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Air conditioning in the room was excellent. Free wifi was incredibly slow. Shampoo and soaps were not provided, had to seek these out at the front desk. Swimming pool looked clean and fun, there was also a hot tub. Hotel was very secure, you could not get in without your room card/key. You could not even park without your room card/key. read more
