Nine Zero Hotel, A Kimpton Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice - modern decor. The parking is a bit expensive $40 but no more so than other Boston hotels. The valet parking service was excellent and did not take as long as they said it would.

The first moment of reaching our destination you know it is going to be a fantastic stay. The people at the front desk were cheerful (at 10:00 at night) and very helpful. The valet service was super and the men working there were knowledgeable of the area and their job. We were so excited to see our rooms. They were a beautiful size and so clean and modern. I loved it because the modern wasn't the cold empty kind, but the warm and inviting. The colors chosen were relaxing and I can't even say enough about the beds! The nice treat was having a robe in the bathroom to slip into when I was done with the very powerful shower. Very modern, liked the happy hour, it corresponded with our arrival time at the hotel. Nice to get a nice glass of wine, and we visited with a couple from another country. The room was clean, nice and the bed was super comfortable. We used the wake-up call service and they asked if we would like a follow up call after 15 minutes, just so we wouldn't miss our early flight. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The courtesy of the hotel staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Hotel parking is a bit pricey, as is all over the city.

Hotel has great location. Helpful staff, rooms were large, very clean and well decorated. Public rooms are small. Did not know they had a pool. No city telephone books in room. No stationary. Concierge services very helpful. We missed coffee pot in room and no continental breakfast offered. That said, we enjoyed our stay - really loved Boston.

The hotel was perfectly located for both business travel and personal travel. It was easy to drop the car off and enjoy Boston corner to corner.

Very nice, upscale, boutique-style hotel. A lot of staff to help in any situation you are never waiting. Very modern decor. Over all a great little hotel right in the heart of downtown Boston- and for the price we got through Priceline- unbeatable!
