Modern, clean rooms, pull out couch was nice for an additional sleeping option, separate room for the toilet.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. I was traveling with 2 other adults, so I appreciated the pull-out couch for another sleeping option and that the shower and sink were in a separate room from the toilet. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Nice size rooms, clean and very comfortable beds.
Staff was a little arrogant (dining area).

Newer hotel, well located for both the business and leisure traveler. Easy walking distance to most points of interest.

Very nice room with good workspace.
Restaurant and bar were desolate; no buzz.

A good choice near the heart of the city. Spacious room, though a bit odd in terms of layout. Very nice restaurant and bar spaces but seemed to be very low on activity.

Nice, helpful staff, but had some communication issues, asked to bring toiletries, staff cleaned the toilet, entered but didn't knock.
Nice pool and Jacuzzi.

Nice staff.
No free Wi-Fi internet.

Nice hotel, but would prefer a hotel a little closer to Princes Street, Edinburgh. Clean. Nice and very friendly staff, no problems. Poor bar (no cocktails).

Location.
Parking.

It was disappointing to find that parking was unavailable when we arrived, and we were sent to a public lot nearby. When one of the limited spots became available, getting to it proved harrowing due to street patterns and limited access.

Excellent service and excellent facilties. Food was a bit pricey, but very good.
Parking quite expensive and watch out for street parking, don't be late if pay on the meter!

Excellent restaurant, location, pool and fitness center.
Although they provide large fluffy towels, hotels in the UK do not provide washcloths. You need to take your own.

The greatest thing is that they did not stick us in an undesirable room. Our room had a view of Edinburgh Castle and the hotel was right in the City Center. We are considering using this hotel next time for the week instead of renting an apartment. Their dining room was excellent, both in service and in taste.
