Novotel Milano Nord Cagranda

The bed spread was full of stains, the walls were dirty as was the sofa. Even the room had a note saying we should note any engineering problems so they can be referred to the engineer for fixing! This hotel needs serious work done to it. The hall way walls were mostly damaged - it was all very run down. I will never stay there again nor refer it to anyone I know.

The hotel was good in general. The staff was ok but not very helpful to provide info on how to reach the central. There was no information or booklet in my hotel room about the city and its attractions. Moreover, the hotel is really far from the central. It is more than one hour walk. That was the major source of inconvenience.
