Beautiful inside and amazing location.
Furniture outdated.

Very good hotel. Only stayed one night but the view was amazing from my 29th floor room. Location was so convenient to everything in Times Square and beyond and rooms and bathroom were very clean.

Room temperature settings were not user-friendly, blower fan on, all night.

As NY hotels go, not bad place to stay. Good central location in the city.

This hotel balances European hospitality and international character with a New York sensibility in a prime New York location. They eased the stress of being out-of-town by empathetically informing this guest that so are we.
