My grandson & I both enjoyed the location, freindly staff, buffet breakfast, Gym, & swimming pool also how quiet our room was & cleaniness of whole hotel that we were in.

Spacious, clean, great value.
First room I was given was in a hallway with loud families - but they let me change to a quieter location.
My experience was wonderful & I will become a repeat Priceline customer because of it. Lovely hotel, nice staff, very accommodating when I asked to changed rooms because of a noise problem. Great value at the Priceline price. Great location, big room, nice bathroom. Does have alot of families with loud kids so make sure to ask for a room away from big family groups.

Great location, walking distance to the malls, other attractions and close to restaurants. Staff was perfect and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The friendliness to the kids
The knowledge of the area.
We had to switch our room because the air did not work then the next room the safe was locked so we had to wait for them to fix that. We had asked about the best way to get around town and they were not sure, and then when they told us they did not tell us to purchase the package that we could used for our whole stay. Then they did not tell us that the double decker bus ended at 5:00 that day and we did not purchase tickets until 2:00. Great disappointment with a waste of money. read more

Excellent location and close to downtown attractions.
Pool was closed for construction.
The Novotel Toronto was convenient to downtown attractions. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and quiet.
