Price and staff
Beach had rocks & was difficult to access & enjoy
The all inclusive Oasis was a bargain for the price of $88.00 per day. We were allowed to visit the Oasis viva with the Oasis bracelet, and they had a good beach. Because of the bargain prices the hotel with pack tourist.

Waiters were great. Food was better than expected.
Check in was to be by 15:00 didn't occur until 17:00, After a long day, that two hour wait was unbearable.

The food overall was good with the Brazilian buffet being excellent. Large / nice pool. All inclusive was a plus.
The location isn't bad. You can take the bus along the strip but somewhat removed from main hotel / party location.
The hotel was clean and impressive. Nice to have all inclusive food / drinks. The ocean / beach is a bit small and went during October, so it wasn't crowded but easily could be. The pool is huge. The service was great and the food was good / okay, but one Brazilian buffet was actually awesome. The hotel also offers para sailing & across the street a range of water sports / tours. read more

Nothing.
Everything.
This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. It is very old, poor maintenance, AC doesn't work properly, same as TV the bathroom were stinky, the water had a smell and yellow color. Elevator didn't function all the time. We will never recommended this hotel to anybody.

Service, location, 3 beautiful pools & 5 restaurants included.
Alcohol included; it should be just 3 drinks per day; noisy.
You can use the pool of the 3 different Oasis Hotels that are next to each other. Visit a different Restaurant every day (included in the price). Pools, gardens and beach are beautiful. Service, food, quality & variety excellent. Maid service great. Noisy; lots of spring break American students; if you don't mind them & use the middle pool it is a great deal. Don't have any respect for others; shouting, slamming doors and loud; take your earplugs to sleep. Should allow only 3 drinks a day as unlimited alcohol causes stupidity. Great security. I would stay there again. read more

Beautiful view of ocean.
Hot room, hawkers.
AC couldn't keep the room cool, took 3 calls to get TV to work, needed to walk to next hotel to get pay for internet access (poor or spotty connection), of the 12 restaurants only about 3 were open to this hotel, with specific hours and long wait times to eat. Restaurant employees courteous and friendly.

There was nothing I liked.
Everything. Bad service, bad food, nickle and dime everything.
A friend got their earlier in the week. Their room was broken into. When she called to request a security, they said that they would have to charge her. They give you only cheap drinks and make you pay for water. They don't even give you ice. No ice machines. You also have to pay for a lock for the safe in your room. Do not stay here! If you do, get the locks.

Overall
I was happy with the whole experience.
Restricted times for pool and towel usage.
From the time I arrive to the hotel to the time I left I felt very welcome with the friendly staff. The food and restaurants are great with plenty of choices. Tours are available in the lobby for all the activities you desire.
