Description of Ohana Honolulu Airport
OHANA Honolulu Airport Hotel provides business and leisure travelers with affordable accommodations, centrally located on Oahu. The only renovated hotel closest to the East side of the Island and just a half-mile from the Honolulu International Airport. The hotel is five miles from all cruise ship departures, three miles from Pearl Harbor and Aloha Stadium (home of the NFL Pro Bowl) and eight miles from Waikiki, both easily accessible by car or taxi. The OHANA Honolulu Airport Hotel is also a short drive from major military installations including Hickam Air Force Base, Fort Shafter, Pearl Harbor Naval Station and Tripler Army Medical Center. All of the hotel's comfortable guest rooms have recently been extensively refurbished. Banquet and Meeting facilities can accommodate up to 200 persons. Enjoy relaxed poolside dining at Willoughby's Restaurant. The 24-hour reception desk and 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service caters to the varied flight schedules of interisland, domestic and international travelers. Guests only need to call the hotel from the phone board in the baggage claim area when ready for pick-up. Please be advised that effective for arrivals July 1 2010 and on, tax for room nights at this property will increase to 13.962 percent, due to the Transient Accommodations Tax increase of 1 percent. read more

Near airport, free shuttle, and a nice staff.
There were cockroaches in lobby, bed was hard as rock, and was dumpy.

Cockroach was on counter at check-in. Bed was hard as a rock. Staff was nice. The hotel was pretty clean. Great for late night arrival. Close to airport with free shuttle. Free internet in room.

Close to Shopping, Airport, Easy access to hotel parking and room, Friendly staff.
The shower water did not drain fast enough.

Over all the stay at the hotel was pleasant, and Hotel employees very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The laundry (washer/dryer) were small and would not meet the guest needs. 4 machines on two floors only and they were very costly.

Great and compassionate service staff with good amenities of comfort.

Got in at 3:30
am and maid woke me at 9
am despite do not disturb sign.

Good for short lay overs at HNL airport.
