Location and price through Priceline. Wouldn't pay more. Comfortable bed
View, atmosphere, and room. Airport hotel feel and business feel.
Not much variety, restaurants, bar, etc. Glass windows which had the view of offices in the same building that had glass windows as well during working hours not good to look at when your trying to relax needless to say I had to keep my window curtain closed. Good for the here on business person only.

Spaciousness of room.
Our view was over the parking - can you work on this?
Very nice staff, location & rooms. We were just there for an overnight stay and did not use any of the hotel facilities. I would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Superior friendliness and service. Beautiful lobby.
Room (suite) was getting old; street noise was loud, even on 15th floor.
Location is excellent for downtown Austin visit. Expect to pay for parking in hotel, as street parking is not always available 24/7. Parking was $18 (self) and $25 (valet). Suite was on 15th floor and was generally comfortable. Noise from Austin's Sixth Street club area was quite audible. Room needed a refurbishment. Vertical Blinds didn't all meet each other and couldn't provide privacy from the adjoining (30 feet away) offices. Baseboards in master bathroom had lost stain from water damage. Carpet was getting old. AC was loud and had old fashioned mercury switches. Overall, room seemed old. read more

The room was very quiet facing the interior of the hotel.
The air conditioning did not work very well.
We were upgraded to a junior suite, and it was very spacious and clean. The shower was great and there was a jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable with large pillows. The room was extremely quiet, since our room was facing the interior of the hotel lobby. Since the lobby is all glass, we had a view of the Capitol. It was very beautiful. The only problem was the AC did not cool the room very well, but it was not hot outside so it was bearable. read more

Great location for music, capitol tour
and
restaurants.
No shuttle to airport. $24/taxi ride instead.
Nice modern hotel in good location for exploring Austin and it's music scene. Roof-top pool and hot-tub were great with awesome views. Lots to see and do within walking/stumbling distance. Hotel staff was top-notch.

The hotel itself had a very convenient location and was beautiful.
I was not informed of a parking charge but had to pay $18 a night & they would not take care of the parking even though I was never told that.
The hotel was very nice with a great location in the heart of Downtown Austin. I was never told that there would be a charge for parking, I needed to just "swipe in and swipe out." Then I was charged $36 for two nights to park plus taxes and a service fee. I was extremely unhappy to be billed for something that was said to be posted in the garage. The garage holds both the hotel guests as well as business persons and visitors so the rates were unclear regarding hotel guests vs. the business portion of the hotel. Nonetheless I was made to pay for parking and left with a sour taste in my mouth. I enjoyed the hotel but not my checkout and closing experience. read more
