It had all of the amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The TV when turning off would not accept power off, instead it gave a movie information screen. This was very irritating.

It was a highlight of my trip. It was very enjoyable, comfortable, efficient and customer friendly. This is one place I would like to come back to.

Hotel staff are very professional. Friendly smiling people. Facility is well maintained.
Self park fee is $18.

The hotel facility is very attractive with friendly outgoing staff. The hotel is center located in downtown Austin, Texas to business and government offices.

The location was perfect for us.
Nothing.

We were only there one night but the hotel was lovely and we were sorry we were not staying longer. Check in seemed a little slow but that was our only complaint. We had joined the guest program and were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary room service in the morning.

It was beautiful and convenient.
Spa didn't work, no hotel info packet in the room.

It was great except for the non working spa and the lack of hotel info in the room. We requested a packet, but one was never delivered. The concierge was very informative.

Clean and attractive.
Breakfast was too expensive.

The hotel was great, however, the City of Austin shut down all the streets leading to or from it on three days of Labor Day Weekend, meaning you couldn't get away from the hotel after 10am and could get back before 8:30pm.
