Location, and the decor.
Room was very small and appeared to be a old maintenance room, cold and had a twin bed that was not big enough for two people.
Very small room, not big enough for two, good location would stay again if traveling by myself. We were told we would not have a twin bed they are for single travelers and that is what they gave us, they said it was booked through a third party.

The hotel room was very small.
The hotel was very nice. However, the traditional room is only 1 double/full size bed. The room (including the bathroom) was very small. The deluxe room includes either 2 double beds or a king size bed. The hotel staff was very nice to TRY to accommodate us with a Deluxe room however, none were available.

Central location in historical site is very convenient, easy for out-of-towner to see the sights.

The character of the hotel.
The first room was the size of a closet.
Make sure you are getting a full size room. Some rooms are the size of closets and seem like an after thought to add additional rooms. I felt like I was in a broom closet with no room to turn around.

The Concierge staff was extremely helpful.
The room was extremely small making it tough to move around.
The location of the hotel was great for your needs. The staff was great and attentive. the only glitch was that we did not get a wake up call like requested. Lucky we woke up in time to still catch our flight.

Internet access was not free in the room unless you signed up and it was
annoying.

I would like to speak to a supervisor as soon as possible I feel that I was given wrong information about the area were the hotel was located I know that your company records all transaction over the phone the rep told me that the hotel was across the street from the hotel but in actually the university was several miles away causing a hardship for my wife and myself I would like to speak to someone who can give me answer. read more

Location.
Cramped room no response to complaint about shower spoilt our holiday using this place.
The staff inside are not very friendly they did not attend to our complaints regarding blocked shower and water supply in bathroom although the location was good we had a very uncomfortable stay and will definitely not use this place again.
