The staff.
The up charge from a twin to queen size bed for 50.00.
This was a nice hotel with plenty of staff to help and answer any questions. The only dis appointment with the charge for the bed.

Very high quality bed, mattress, linens.
Our room was pretty small and a friend's room for the same rate was even smaller.
Classic hotel that looks to have had some maintenance recently. Very nice public spaces, although more seating would be nice. Only wish the rooms were larger.

The character of the hotel.
The first room was the size of a closet.
Make sure you are getting a full size room. Some rooms are the size of closets and seem like an after thought to add additional rooms. I felt like I was in a broom closet with no room to turn around.

The Concierge staff was extremely helpful.
The room was extremely small making it tough to move around.
The location of the hotel was great for your needs. The staff was great and attentive. the only glitch was that we did not get a wake up call like requested. Lucky we woke up in time to still catch our flight.

Internet access was not free in the room unless you signed up and it was
annoying.
