The staff was amazing.

The Omni was a great hotel, the staff was the best I've ever experienced. They were so helpful and were the nicest people I've ever met. Pool was great, food was great and bus was right in front of hotel.

Wouldn't let pizza guy on grounds.

Excellent hotel would definitely stay there again, the staff went out of their way to help you, I would go back just to see them. Not a good beach for swimming. Too bad for that.

The personnel was friendly.
Nothing kid friendly about the hotel.

The resort is old and a little deteriorated, excellent location, but has nothing whatsoever in terms of entertainment for younger children (ages 5 to 12).

Pool was not heated & food was ok.

The hotel was average. The food was just okay. The pool was pretty but not heated. The staff was very friendly. Kids seemed to have a lot of fun at this hotel.

Very friendly staff.
Hotel looked better in pictures than in reality.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, food was average. The beach area was a deception. there was almost no beach and once in the water, it was very rocky, almost painful to go in the water without shoes.
