This is an excellent hotel , the service of the people starting at reception tru the whole hotel is amazing!!! everything was clean, well taken care of, always concern about the guest... i love it...

The staff is great.
No beach to swim or play. Not safe at all.

Hotel staff is great, really friendly and courteous. Hotel is OK, but not great. Bed in room is extremely hard, but comfortable enough.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The Omni Resort was excellent. It was clean, the restaurants were excellent, the rooms were big and luxurious. The pools where perfect and well maintained. The friendliness and attention that you get from the staff goes way beyond the call of duty. I will definitely will go back to the Omni Resort.

The staff was amazing.

The Omni was a great hotel, the staff was the best I've ever experienced. They were so helpful and were the nicest people I've ever met. Pool was great, food was great and bus was right in front of hotel.

Wouldn't let pizza guy on grounds.

Excellent hotel would definitely stay there again, the staff went out of their way to help you, I would go back just to see them. Not a good beach for swimming. Too bad for that.

The personnel was friendly.
Nothing kid friendly about the hotel.

The resort is old and a little deteriorated, excellent location, but has nothing whatsoever in terms of entertainment for younger children (ages 5 to 12).
