Excellent value for hotel only.
Poor food service. Will not stay at this hotel in the future. Hotel was not concerned about poor food quality.

My expectations for this hotel were not met because of food quantity, selection, and quality. This would have been a poor choice as an all inclusive. Beachfront was poor quality when compared with other hotel beaches. Hotel management staff was excellent. We had several problems with "front line" staff but were eradicated by management.

Clean, quick, roomy.
Beach was not as clean, possibly due to recent storm.

Service was prompt, room's clean, excellent view, and easy access to transportation. Hotel was rated 5 stars and would have been in most locations. In Cancun there are hotel/resorts that are bigger, with more choices. In comparison I would call Omni 4 star.
