Very friendly staff.
Hotel looked better in pictures than in reality.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, food was average. The beach area was a deception. there was almost no beach and once in the water, it was very rocky, almost painful to go in the water without shoes.

Doors are thin, halls noisy, restaurants not good, beach washed away and
expensive internet service.

Beach wait staff was very good, beautiful lobby/bar area.
Extra fee for use of gym, air conditioning hard to control, room had a funky smell.

Beach is really small but nice, hotel is clean but more geared toward time share purchasers, fee to use the gym if guest does not purchase the all inclusive package was frustrating, food was nothing special.
