The Omni Chatlotte hotel met all my expectations. It had a great view of the city and friendly staff.

Location was nice downtown.
The carpet in the room felt unclean.

Nice public rooms, valet, staff. Bathroom and bedding were clean. Floor in the bedroom felt a little dirty to me. I kept my socks on!

Great food! Starbucks downstairs. Comfy bed.
Nothing to complain about.

Good location Downtown, can walk to restaurants. However, the room service menu is excellent! The bed was super comfy, quiet room, good size, very clean!
