The Omni Charlottesville was a terrific place to stay. It was perfectly located next to a pedestrian shopping mall. The service was excellent and the rooms were spacious and very nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and look forward to staying at this facility in the future.

The location was perfect, the ambiance was tremendous and the staff excellent, overall top class experience.
There was nothing I could complain with.

The simple fact that the hotel provided water with lemon, shows that they have the guest at heart, simple but effective, a magnificent example of how a hotel can and should be run.

Hotel was attractive and clean and had a good location.
Don't have anything negative to say.

This hotel was very attractive and clean in appearance and was located close to a lot of major attractions Monticello, Skyline Drive, Outdoor Mall, etc., will definitely stay there again if ever in the area. BTW, the hotel's restaurant had great happy hour specials on both food and drink.

I loved how the hotel desk employees were kind and patient with my loud 4-year old in the background.

Classy, comfortable hotel with rooms and facilities in excellent condition. Linens/towels were clean and soft. Your stay with young children includes a welcome package for each child and an opportunity to access more entertainment for the children without charge.

Beautiful hotel with a great location on the downtown mall.
My room was located right off the elevator. I wondered.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was gorgeous, and very comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included for the price of this hotel. Also my room was located right off the main location of the elevator. This would have been a problem if I was traveling over a weekend. Also it was over the parking garage so the view was of the top of the parking garage. I wondered. I should have asked for a different room. read more
