We did not have to wait for anything. The staff was very attentive to our requests.

While you could hear other people in their rooms from the hallway, we did not hear anyone else from inside our rooms. We did not hear others showers, TV's etc. It was so peaceful! The concierge treated us as we were the only people there even though he was quite busy.

The suite rooms offered lots of space and comfort.

The hotel is located in the heart of the magnificent mile. The suite style rooms offer lots of room and the living room has a large flat screen TV. Staff was very helpful.

They were extremely polite to my kids. A bonus.

I stayed here with my two young boys to visit the sites of Chicago over a long weekend. This hotel was more than perfect for us. The location, staff, room - everything was superior. The restaurant staff was kind to my kids and made dining a great experience for them.
