That is was a suite and very roomy.
Toilet paper (no pun intended).

I was thrilled to know that my priceline was the Omni. It is perfectly situated for shopping and food. The room was roomy and lovely and linens very nice. Staff was awesome and helpful and the free starbucks early morning a big plus. The gym, not bad for a hotel.

We did not have to wait for anything. The staff was very attentive to our requests.

While you could hear other people in their rooms from the hallway, we did not hear anyone else from inside our rooms. We did not hear others showers, TV's etc. It was so peaceful! The concierge treated us as we were the only people there even though he was quite busy.

clean rooms and enough space in room for 4 people.
its close to the northwestern hospital so we heard all the sirens all night long.

All in all a very nice hotel. close to excellent shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there. there is some construction taking place next door and we happened to be on that side of the hotel so if we had wanted to sleep past 800 am it would have been impossible.

location, very friendly and helpful staff
i didn't care for the bathroom or bath products,and our lights went out in the bathroom on the last day

traveled with my mom and we loved this place, very clean and comfy.I'd stay there again and I'd recommend the Omni to all of my friends and family. It's close to everything (restaurants/tours by bus or boat)I loved the desk and lounge area.

The location is perfect, the staff was very professional and personable. The hotel is beautiful and the food was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Chicago for business or pleasure.
