Rooms are clean and very nice but not like they used to be. Beer cans and trash in hallway.
Bellhops and staff were not as helpful as in the past.

Have been staying at Dallas Omni for several years on weekend getaways. Service and quality seems to be going down especially in the last 12 months. Had to take my own luggage by hand to third floor; bellhops were no help whatsoever. When time to checkout, no bellhops or luggage carriers available - was told I would have to take care of it myself. Probably won't be staying here anymore. read more

The lobby was very beautiful and welcoming.
The bathrooms were tiny and the towels were very scratchy.

I would recommend this to a friend but I think they need to upgrade the bathroom. Everything else was very clean and nice.

Breakfast okay, restaurant food poor, bar food/menu selections good.

Rooms are small but nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. A good business hotel. Eat somewhere else.
