I love the fact that it had 24 hr room service.
No free Internet and the hotel does not own its on parking area. Guest must pay for parking.

Friendly helpful staff, went out of their way on everything.

Hotel was located next to the Jacksonville Landing. Hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Allowed late check out after coming back very late from FSU/Miami football game. Location seems to be very safe, downtown area was well lighted and seemed to be very safe.
