Omni Los Angeles Hotel At California Plaza

Staff was very helpful, but I kept having to call for the benefits of the select guest membership! they forgot the bottle of water at turn down, forgot the door knob card for ordering complimentary beverages in the morning; forgot to deliver it as requested the next morning. I had to call each time to get the benefits.

Very nice exercise room and pool. I wish there was a jacuzzi.

The staff and hotel in general were over the top. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Staying here enhanced our visit to L.A.

I am staying in Omni for 2 nights, the overall experience was great. The staffs are generally polite and helpful. the staff spent some time to help me to book the LA Lakers game. But my special appreciation to the staff at reception, so when I checked out. I arranged the airport shuttle to pick me up but it had not arrived after 30min waiting. Then I talked to the guy at front desk and he was helpful, polite and acting professionally to my complaint (though I was a little angry about the situation since the hotel could not find my reservation). I would consider the Omni a four star PLUS! I had a beautiful room and bathroom. All the employees were polite and friendly. My room was beautifully furnished and clean. I asked for a quiet room and got one. Dinner in the Noe restaurant was excellent. Would love to stay here on my next trip!

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We had the buffet breakfast - quite expensive, but really nothing out of the ordinary. It was our only option since none of the restaurants in the area were open on Sunday morning. The hotel is located in a business area, and so, cater to the business Clientel.
