The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were accommodating as far as our request to upgrade the bedding accommodations.

The food was great.
I had to switch rooms three times.

The room I was given was a deluxe room with a king size bed. I wanted a room with a queen size so they moved us. The second room was right until I pulled down the comforter and there was a large stain on the flip side, we were then moved to a third room, that was finally correct. The people at the hotel were very sorry, but it was not the type of hotel that deserved 4 stars.

Great location, pet friendly, close to historic sites, quiet!
Liked everything.

This is a great location for walking around old Richmond, visiting historic sites, with lots of good restaurant choices right there! The room was quiet and very comfortable.
