Location was great. Staff was very helpful. Valet parking and bag check the next day was convenient. We got a great value.

The friendliness and courteousness of the staff was wonderful; the spaciousness and common area decor was delightful.
The $19.00/day parking fee was outrageous.

Overall, my husband and I had a grand stay. Even though we were there only one night, we would definitely stay at the omni again. The tobacco company restaurant directly across the street was fun and the food was good.

Nice clean pool and area.
Late clean up every day.

We were pleased with the location. Everything in the hotel was clean and neat. We had one problem. They wanted to charge us $28.00 for missing towels. They said someone delivered extra towels while we were gone. It had to be another room as we did not have a delivery of towels. They finally took it off of our bill when we explained the situation.
