"Surprisingly good", with "nice" indoor and outdoor pools, an "excellent" bar and a gym with sauna, this office-complex chain link also features "wonderful corner rooms" and competent staffers; but the suburban location in Northwest San Antonio (close to Six Flags and high-end shopping) is "miles from Downtown", and more sophisticated surveyors say it's a "very average" find.

The rooms were appropriate size with free Internet.
There was not an adequate work area with plugs for computers other than in the rooms.

It was really nice and the staff were real courteous.
No free breakfast in the morning.

I thought overall that the hotel was really nice. Although, I do think that such a nice hotel should have complimentary breakfast.

Large room with a great view.
Extended wait times for elevators. Not enough non-smoking rooms.

Gorgeous hotel with both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Staff were very accommodating. I had a massage in the spa area that was excellent.

A nice large suite.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times (at least 10 times). I enjoy this hotel. Easy in and easy out. A great location in north San Antonio. I would not rate it a 4 star hotel. In reality a 3.5 star hotel but I can not recall a bad experience ever at this hotel.

Very helpful staff!.
The cost of small things like water and cokes, too high.

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff, nice environment, excellent room service. Needs to evaluate things like complimentary water in the rooms. Cokes and little things like this are too expensive like being in a theme park and having to buy a hamburger for $15.00. Overall great place, we
will go back.

Bed was a little too firm for our tastes.

The staff is the outstanding feature of this hotel. I made several special requests (i.e., loan of office-type devices, store food in hotel freezer) and they were handled very well and with a smile.
