The valet guys were excellent in providing info and directions.
Train station was too close.

Clean and large rooms. Excellent happy hour food and staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Quiet, great location with luxury accomodations! I love this hotel.
Valet parking was too high.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Omni. It is close to dining and walking distance to everything we needed. I feel very pampered at this hotel, and they always do a great job making my seven year old daughter feel welcome.

Clean, efficient, and quality evident.
Parking is expensive! Loud music late at night from nearby bar/restaurant.

We were pleased that Priceline.com assigned us to this hotel. It is a very nice hotel, attractive, clean, efficient. Nearby and within walking distance was the GasLamp area. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. I have already recommended Priceline.com to friends and family.

Great location, staff, accommodations, the work out center and the food!
No complaints.

The Omni is great and they have a 5 star staff that makes you not want to leave!

Front desk gave a bad room, small, and was squeezed.

Would rather stay at Doubletree which is just a 3 star on PL in downtown area.

The location was close to most things we wanted to do.
No transportation to any of the attractions.

This hotel has a good location, with the exception of the train that runs by constantly. It was not an issue in our room, but we spoke to other guests that complained it kept them up at night. The room was clean, bathrooms nice but a little small and not very private. Over all I enjoyed my visit to the Omni, but would have been upset if I had not received a discount rate through priceline.com. read more
