Clean, nice rooms.
$30 parking for guests, no room at the pool, no help from staff/servers at pool.

Had to pay $30 per car to park overnight. We arrived at the pool in the afternoon, there was no chairs together for a group of 5 of us. No help from the staff (I did not see any staff) to help us relocate chairs. Rooms were great.

Bathrooms should not have sliding doors.

Great location, parking was rather expensive. Bathrooms have sliding doors which leave quite a bit of opening, therefore no privacy.

The staff were so great- super helpful and friendly!
The pool was small but still nice.

I loved staying there! Anything we need-all we had to do was call down to the front desk. Super polite and friendly staff. Great location in downtown.

I loved the location, the bed was so comfortable. Magnificent view!
The parking fee.

The Omni is a wonderful hotel. I have stayed at many and this is definitely one of the best. I will go back as soon as possible. I loved that we could walk right to the Gaslamp district. The location is perfect. The pool was very nice; the staff is nice and pleasant. The valet service was amazing but so was the price, too expensive but comparable to the other hotels in the area.

The staff was really nice. The location was great!
Nothing.

Everything was great. Location, being next to the baseball park, shopping and restaurants. The staff was really nice as well.
