The service was genuinely friendly, room was large,
Liked everything.

I was in San Francisco for a conference and needed a room for 3 nights. The Omni had high rankings and I was very happy to "win" it on Priceline. The Omni is located in the Financial District, which means it's a fairly short distance from touristy spots and near plenty of good restaurants. Location was perfect.

The hotel was gorgeous. Beyond expectations and the room was slightly more basic than I expected, but still amazing.

Very friendly staff, nice location and very clean room. The HDTV was a plus!
Lack of refrigerator but it was no big deal.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni. The staff was very friendly from the moment I parked my car. The room was very nice and accomodating. No noise and a very comfortable stay. The only downside I would have to say is that valet parking is pretty much mandatory ($30 a day) but other than that, this was easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to.
