The room was attractive and well appointed.

This was a great place to stay - convenient to different parts of the city yet not out of the bustle of the city. The amenities in the hotel made it easy to relax.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, location to Metro, restaurants and tour stops.

The Omni is a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. It was a real pleasure to eat at the wonderful restaurant, Roberts. We truly enjoyed our 9 days at this hotel. Location is perfect.

The lobby looks luxurious.
They immediately put me in a separate building (about 5 minutes walk through the hotel) at the ground floor.

Room service: the food arrived cold and baked goods were stale (including the ginger mango cake).

Not accommodating to needs.

We had a bad experience. Ants, bug bites, requested a different room, but was told that they were fully book and could not accommodate us till the next day. I believe that was hogwash.
