Description of Omni Tucson National Resort
The Four Diamond Omni Tucson National Golf Resort and Spa is nestled in the foothills of Tucson's Santa Catalina Mountains. This luxurious year round retreat offers four star service, championship golf and is home to Tucson's only Forbes Travel Guide Four star full service spa. The hotel has recently completed a 30 million dollar renovation including a beautiful zero edge swimming pool, new golf shop and 79 luxurious Mountain Vista guest rooms. All guest rooms are oversized and elegantly appointed and overlook lush green fairways, sparkling lakes or our beautiful mountains. Guest rooms are a mere chip shot away from 36 holes of championship golf including the Catalina Course, home to the PGA Tour's Tucson Open where guests can measure their game against champions such as Nicklaus, Trevino or Palmer. The other course the Sonoran Course is a legend in its own right. Designed by PGA champion Tom Lehman it fits beautifully into the native desert setting and focuses on a target style game. In addition to the 13000 square foot full service spa offering total rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit, the resort offers tennis courts, two swimming pools, a fitness center, shuffle board and much more. While the dramatic desert setting might make a guest feel as though they were away from it all, the resort is near to restaurants, shops and area attractions. Tucsons International Airport is just 30 minutes away while Phoenix Sky Harbor is just a 90 minute drive. *** Four diamond luxurious comfort embraces style. *** read more

Beautiful views, walking.
No pay-per-view in room.

Over-all, a wonderful, relaxing, place to stay with beautiful views from the casitas (where we stayed), great swimming pool and jacuzzi, friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location.

Did not feel like a hotel because the rooms were separated out into 4 casitas in a group.
We were a little disappointed that both golf courses were closed for over seeding like many of the courses in Tucson.

Spacious, good for family.
Gross carpet & upholstery, need cleaning.

Spacious hacienda with kitchenette was great for families. However, our view was residential streets and a gravel parking lot. Carpet needs replaced (really dirty) and couch needed cleaned. Staff were friendly.

The entire spa's treatment and packages are worth it!
The 150.00 they took off of my credit card without telling me. I also believe that 10.00$ is too much money for a jar of cashews in the room.

The hotel and its grounds are amazing. The rooms are really nice too. It was fantastic to sit on my porch and feed the ducks. Bobs Steak House was AWESOME and worth the price!

Quite end room decently appointed but only at an upcharge.
Lots of stairs, limited dining, upcharges galore.

When we checked in we were told we were getting an old, no feature room without internet access, in-room movies, flat screen TV etc. No what you would expect for a 5 star resort, but for an upcharge of $20 per night plus fees we could get a renovated room that provided features that should have been included. Then a $14 per day resort fee was added, which included nothing. On top of that the few amenities which were supposed to be included in the $14 up charge like a daily newspaper were not provided. read more
