The old world charm of the lobby.
The room felt a little small and the TV was to right of bed.

The lobby is without a doubt one of the nicest I've seen. Despite its formality, it is a relaxing place to sit, watch what's going on and enjoy afternoon tea, which is a bargain at under $20. The restaurant is also very elegant but did not seem to be heavily frequented. The rooms are smaller than I would have expected in this category of hotel but beds are comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. read more

The room was a little smaller than I would have liked.

Cleanliness, decor, comfortable bed, quiet. Parked our car in the garage across the street which was very reasonable in comparison to other lots.
The room was very small but adequate for a one night stay.

Housekeeping staff forgot about request.

The lobby was very nice, as was the room. Very comfortable and upscale feel. The concierge was helpful and friendly in person, although they never answered their phone.

Did not spend a lot of time in the hotel.
We felt like we were stuck in the corner-small room at end of hall. Parking was expensive. No middle class eating places close by.
