Cleanliness, soothing spa like decor, and quiet.
Staff was not overly friendly or helpful.

The hotel was clean, well appointed with a spa like quality that I found very relaxing. I also was impressed with the fact that this is one of the only green hotels in the city. The roof top garden was also a nice touch, a great place to relax after a day of walking and sightseeing. I work in San Francisco and am familiar with many of the hotels in the city. I think this place is a great value and would recommend this place to friends. read more

Loved everything. Staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Room and lobby clean, soothing and relaxing.
Parking was $45/day.

Totally enjoyed this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The lobby and main areas were beautiful and clean. The room was exactly as we expected, comfortable beds, clean, very spacious bathroom. Loved the 'green' factor as well.
