Location.
Not long enough shuttles to Disney.
We were advised by the hotel that there were plenty of shuttles to Disney all day and night. That was not the case. The first shuttle was at 8AM and the last one was at 1:45 in the afternoon. When we arrived at the hotel we were suppose to have two non smoking hotel rooms next to each other and they were not ready when we arrived at 1:30 pm. We realized that check in was at 4PM but we had spoken to the hotel prior to our trip and they advised it was not a problem if we arrived early. They offered us smoking rooms which I cannot have as my wife has asthma. We wound up on separate floors just to get non smoking and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to get the two rooms we were finally given. Maybe they need to hire some more cleaning people. We were given the impression there was one person per floor to clean. read more

Staff was really friendly.
Heavy tourist traffic so a bit worn.
Overall a 2 star property with a friendly staff, neutral rating.

Quiet bar and close to attractions.
NA.
My girlfriend and I were happy with our experience at the Orlando Vista hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was minutes away from all of the theme parks. The hotel's restaurant, Au Bon Pain, was good for breakfast and sandwiches, and the hotel bar was never crowded, which we loved. The hotel also has a weight room and nice outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a holiday-inn-like hotel at a Motel-6 price. read more

The hotel was good, basic accommodations.
There was a freaking' huge pineapple on it.
If you're just looking for a place to sleep in the Orlando area, this hotel is fine. Kids will like the wild colored decorating scheme, but guests over the age of 7 might find it a little too strange. If you're picky about your housekeeping, this may not be the place for you. Towels were replaced, but the sheets weren't changed daily. Over all, it was decent, but nothing spectacular. About what I'd expect for the price. read more

Location only.
Dirty, carpet torn several places, bed terrible, bath horrible, bed linen not clean.
This hotel should not even be rated as a one star because of the way the room looks and other things I have described earlier.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly service.
Bathroom could have used some updating.
Great price for an older but clean hotel that sits right at the gates of Disney world. The service was friendly and responsive. Overall a great value.

Location near Disney.
Only got about 5 TV channels.
It's being converted to vacation condos. Not really interested in maintaining hotel features and services.

The room was recently updated and spacious.
Only on working elevator in a seven story hotel.
This hotel functions best as somewhere clean and safe to sleep while visiting theme parks all day.

Cookies at check in, free internet in lobby.
Carpet in room torn in two places and bubbled in middle.
The property was OK. The lobby was nice, the staff was nice, but the room was old with torn carpet and small bathroom.
