Fabulous value great free parking easy to find good room size.
Parking was
far from rooms.
For the money couldn't be beat. Stayed two nights with wife and two kids 8 and 3. Clean and functional in all ways needed and expected. Didn't eat or use any facilities but seems to have nice selection. Easy to find and get in and out of, though a bit of a hike from garage to rooms. Very pleased with experience for price!

The room was large and relatively clean, good bed.
It is a tired hotel/casino. Needs updating / new carpets, etc. Requested plumbing repair 3 times without success.
Customer service was neglectful. We requested repairs with plumbing 3 times without success! It is a tired looking hotel. It needs updating. Badly-worn and dirty carpets, bad plumbing, fresh food not replaced at buffets, etc. Mostly seniors staying there!

The swimming pools were great as well as the attractiveness of the room
We were booked a room at the very end of hall with one elevator in the middle.
The attractiveness of the room was great and clean. However there were a few things we were not told when we were checking in. First, you have to show a security guard your key before you are allowed on the elevator. Secondly, we were given a room at the end a very long hall that seemed a mile long. In addition, the two keys we were given did not work all the time and we had to call our other room guest for their key. read more

Clean large rooms. Good selection of restaurants, easy to navigate. Close to strip.
I experienced some technical problems with TV and communications media during my stay. Some front desk personnel were not very helpful and rude.
Very nice and clean hotel. Good selection of restaurants and attractions. Hotel has movie theater.

It had a bowling alley and a theater.
The crack pipe in the couch of our second room.
This hotel was crappy in a surprising way. We asked to be moved to the correct room and we were put in a dirty room that had one pillow on the bed no blankets and when my husband sat on the couch a crack pipe rolled out of the cushions. Had to request to be moved again. The manager said for the inconvenience he would waive a fee we had already paid when I purchased the room. I wrote a letter to the customer relations at the hotel and they never responded. I will never stay at the Orleans again. This was my husbands and my 16th anniversary and it started out crappy. read more

Housecleaning was good, easy drive to the strip, close to stores.
No free airport shuttle, wifi is not free, desk staff's answers are inconsistant.
Overall it was okay, but there was no free airport shuttle, no free wifi, and when I ordered the wifi, I was charged double the amount that was listed.
