Right on Waikiki; good breakfast buffet.
No self parking; crowded pool and pool grille.

Very pleasant stay but beach and pool and restaurant areas very busy.

Enjoyed the central location and access to the beach front.

Overall I think this was a great hotel. I am a repeat customer but first time user of Priceline. I'm very happy with the price I was able to get and with the hotel. It's in a prime area for everything. Hotel was accommodating when I asked to be moved to a quieter room away from the street music even though they were at 98% capacity. I would definitely use Priceline again.

The hotel was very elegant,
and located in the heart of Waikiki.

The hotel was very elegant, and located in the heart of Waikiki. The hotel staff was helpful, and always curtious. Access to this hotel from the street is not convenient at all. Many buses, vans, delivery, and pickup vehicles park and block the lane and near the entrance. It is dangerous to get in and out. Recommend you do not park a rental or personal vehicle there; it is much better to walk or take public transportation. The free internet went down for the second half of our 10 day stay; this was a selling point for the room, as it was to allow us access to work and school while we were staying at the hotel. read more

Great staff, nice room-got upgraded to a room with view, great toiletries.
Pool was not heated, or not enough for kids to enjoy.`

The location was great. Having Dukes in the hotel was nice.
Our room overlooked a roof that had a/c units going so it was noisy when we opened up the sliding glass door.

Good location. Better that expected room amenities as it is an older property, but appears to have been recently updated.

The location was great, right on waikiki beach. Great night life right outside the hotel!
Wasn't quite and extravagant as
I was expecting.

Clean, great service. Duke's restaurant was incredible. Fantastic location, right on waikiki beach. Great nightlife right outside hotel. Great location. The hotel decor wasn't quite as fancy as
I was expecting/hoping for a resort rating. Kinda outdated. Overall great experience!

Great location, right on the beach. Killer views.
The hotel was touted as a resort. I do not agree.

This was supposed to be a resort class hotel. It was not. That being said, it is a great 3.5 star hotel. Good location and friendly staff. I would recommend this to anyone as it is in a prime location.
