Duke's Canoe Club lively and fun. And the Hula Grill Waikiki is a favorite for dining at sunset with marvelous views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. Each guest room features a refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron/board. And the new Free Fee Escape program offers each guest complimentary high-speed internet access in guest rooms, complimentary wireless access in the lobby, meeting rooms, and at the pool. Complimentary direct-dial phone calls to Oahu, neighbor islands, U.S. mainland and Canada. In addition, guests will receive our Anuhea Service (cool towel at guest reception), use of in-room safe, in-room coffee/tea, use of fitness center (open 24 hours), daily local newspaper, and may participate in the vow renewal ceremony all at no additional cost. There are NO resort fees. Very pleasant stay but beach and pool and restaurant areas very busy.

The location was great. Having Dukes in the hotel was nice.
Our room overlooked a roof that had a/c units going so it was noisy when we opened up the sliding glass door.

Good location. Better that expected room amenities as it is an older property, but appears to have been recently updated.

Great location, right on the beach. Killer views.
The hotel was touted as a resort. I do not agree.

This was supposed to be a resort class hotel. It was not. That being said, it is a great 3.5 star hotel. Good location and friendly staff. I would recommend this to anyone as it is in a prime location.

I liked its location on the beach. But the facilities were limited.
You could get in the Jacuzzi. You could get service at the pool--food or drink.

Well if you are looking for a romantic, relaxing get away on the beach this is not it. Duke's takes over the Jacuzzi and you can’t use it past 3pm on Fri, Sat or Sunday. They don’t service drinks or food to people at the pool. The rooms were okay, but nothing resort like about them--not even ice machines on the floor! Duke's has average food. Nothing special. Overall this is a great hotel, with excellent dining facilities. The Seattle Coffee bar in the hotel entry-way was a very great addition to the convenient availability of high end coffee/snacks.

The room was too small.

The room we were given was on the first floor right next to the stairs. The stairs cut into our room, which made it extremely small and quite noisy. The bathroom was tiny. However, the location was great.

Right on beach and it is very nice and updated.

Great place to stay. Right in the heart of Waikiki. Like that it is right on the beach. Great atmosphere.
