Each guest room features a refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron/board. And the new Free Fee Escape program offers each guest complimentary high-speed internet access in guest rooms, complimentary wireless access in the lobby, meeting rooms, and at the pool. Complimentary direct-dial phone calls to Oahu, neighbor islands, U.S. mainland and Canada. In addition, guests will receive our Anuhea Service (cool towel at guest reception), use of in-room safe, in-room coffee/tea, use of fitness center (open 24 hours), daily local newspaper, and may participate in the vow renewal ceremony all at no additional cost. Loading area is very small and cramp.

Outrigger Waikiki is in an excellent location and in the center of Waikiki. I love how we were just a step away from the shores of the beach and right by all the shopping and food areas.

Construction at the hotel next to it was noisy.

The location of the hotel is great. Walk from the pool directly on the beach and enjoy Waikiki Beach at its best. Have your lunch/dinner at Duke's and overlook the ocean. Besides a great location, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Unable to park car when block party was held.

Great location! Nice sized rooms. Clean. Very friendly staff. Very friendly to children. Parking fee was excessive but comparable with other hotels in general area.

Good value for the price we paid.
Thin walls - could hear noise in the hallways.

Overall we were pleased with this hotel. Good location (right on the beach), safe, clean and friendly staff. Restaurants were good and reasonably priced. On the downside the walls seemed thin and we could hear noise in the hallways, the pool area left much to be desired, and parking at the hotel for the week cost us more than renting the car for the week. But for the price we paid, we felt like we got good value. read more

The staff greeting us during check-in were great and very friendly.
The hotel rooms were smaller than I expected.

The hotel is not very family friendly as the pool was not suited for younger children. We also found it difficult to get chairs around the pool area as 75% of the chairs were saved by people putting towels and books on them and yet they did not show up for hours to sit in the chairs.
