Grounds and lobby were beautiful.
Shower liner dirty, coffee pot in room broken, replaced with greasy one.

Upon arrival I was informed that the only accommodations was a time share cottage. Since I was there for a conference at the hotel that was not acceptable. I ended up with a roll away bed in a room that was part of a suite. On one occasion I came up to my room to find the maid had left the door wide open after cleaning the room and moving down the hall. It is not likely that I would stay at the hotel again. read more

TV was very small and cheap LCD. seemed out of place and blurry picture. Chairs very uncomfortable. pizza ordered from room service was clearly a frozen pizza and a bad tasting one at that. Couldn't eat it. Bird droppings on balcony was the worst part. Very disappointed.

The Street Apeal and the pool were gorgeous.
Priceline made a mistake and changed me for two people instead of one, the hotel fixed it right away.

I stayed at the PGA National in May, 2009 in West Palm Beach. This hotel is fantastic. When my friends and family came to pick me up at the hotel, they were very impressed also. The pool, the workout structure, (Workout Classes Scheduled Daily), Tennis, Golf Lessions, and the gorgeous view of this hotel were wonderful. The staff was great. My room service was great. The maid service was great, the hotel manager was great. I would stay here again in a moment. read more
