Great, comfortable, clean room. Convenient hotel.
It took an hour for our luggage to be brought to room.
This hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and avoids the noise and confusion of other large hotels on the strip. Staff was very helpful. Our only complaint was it took an hour for our luggage to be brought to our room at check-in and it didn't seem to be crowded.

It's quiet and the casino is away from restaurants. Excellent lounges and bands.
The pool had leaves and some debris in it. Had to ask for more towels.
This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. The location, atmosphere, rooms, personnel, lounges, casino, restaurants, beautiful pool areas. I love everything about it.

Clean and luxury.
During the stay, I have only one concern is that I can not turn off the lights beside the bed. There is no turn-off switch and prefer if it can be turn-off during the sleep.

I liked the location of this hotel.
I didn't not like the charge for wifi in the room, but free wifi in the lobby.
The staff seemed helpful, but only to a point. They were unwilling to negotiate after a fault of their own. Many amenities seemed way overpriced. $10 per day for wifi access in the room; however, free wifi in the lobby made no sense.
