Pan Pacific Singapore

Premium price and more than happy to nickel and dime you to death at checkout. Rooms must have been great in the 70's but too small for today. Public areas spacious and staff accommodating.

Centrally located in Marina area, in close proximity to several shopping malls, convention center, the Singapore Flier and the historic Raffles Hotel. Rooms are great for a business traveler. They have someone who will come to your room and help you set up your computer.

From the minute we exited our taxi till the minute we left the door for our departure, we were treated with utmost respect and generosity. The hotel was extremely clean and taken care of. The two restaurants in which we dined were perfect in terms of quality and service. Even with the exuberant price of over $15 for a can of beer in the rooms refrigerator, we would return to this hotel during our next stay in Singapore. read more

This place is truly a 5-star hotel from the quality of service to the details of the room and its amenities. When I first arrived, the service desk person was polite, quick and thoughtful of my lodging needs. From the front lobby to the room itself, the hotel is nicely decorated with a clean and sharp business-like feel. It gave me the impression that the Pan Pacific was professional and reliable through and through. When I got to my room, the space was roomy and comfortable with conveniently appointed amenities including ergonomic chair, spacious desk, neatly tucked internet cable, 32 inch flat panel TV with additional cables/connectors for laptop use. The bathroom was immaculately clean with separate soaking tub and shower stall. The shower had a very nice vertical dual shower head that provided good water pressure for a massage like bonus. I also utilized the gym and was pleasantly surprised that they had a full weight room, 4 state of the art tread mills and elliptical machines. I had forgotten to pack my gym shoes, but to my surprise (although in retrospect I shouldn't have been) the gym manager offered me an array of gym shoes for me to use! read more

From the minute you walk into the Pan Pacific Singapore, where you are warmly greeted at your car, at the door, and walked to the arrival desk, to the stunning 30+ story atrium, to the newly renovated, ultra contemporary rooms (including flat screen TV and all sorts of electronic connections for your hardware).

A very nice hotel. This is my second stay with the Pan Pacific and I will stay there again should I get the chance.

Just a short walk from the convention center and SunTech City, the Pan Pacific hotel is conveniently and elegantly situated. Rooms are comfortable and set up well for business travelers. The view from our balcony was particularly lovely in the evening as it overlooked the bay and lots of beautiful architecture.

Excellent if small rooms. Outstanding staff. Fair location. Foyer has a train station feel. Public spaces including gym and locker room are below par.

A great place to stay with helpful staff and great beds and tons of wonderful pillows. It was clean and lovely. Breakfast buffet poolside was very average and very expensive.

Beware - Disappointing! Wires hanging out of phone, no individual control for air temperature except fan speed, shower backing up, staff not welcoming. Thank Goodness it is in a good location, connected to Marina Mall. Hotel food is often not the best but this was downright horrid - how can that happen in Singapore where the food is so great?
