The staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.
Very musty smelling room, dirty carpet. Not a 3 1/2 star hotel room.
Hotel is spread out so you almost have to drive to the lobby or restaurants. The grounds could be beautiful but were not kept up in a manicured way. Bed was awful in our room in terms of the mattress.

They charged us 25.00 to park outside the door to our room without disclosing that other parking options were available.

Large property, good location.
Parking was $25 per night, older.
Grounds are very large and well maintained. But the property and rooms are older and shows its age. We got a room that was just remodeled new paint and furniture, but you can still tell the room is somewhat old. $25 parking is too much. No free internet. Operator told me there was free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Went the next morning and it was not free.

Beautiful property.
Room was stuffy, odd layout.
The hotel property was truly beautiful and resort-like. Staff was friendly. The room itself okay at best (and a disappointment after seeing the rest of the property). The bathroom and shower was configured for wheelchair access which made for an odd layout of the rest of the room.

Grounds very nice and well kept.
Room was very outdated, stained carpet an the
parking fee was outrageous.
The hotel charges $25 per night for parking which is outrageous as there is not a shortage of parking on a 44 acre property. This didn't even include internet (which was another $10 and it wasn't wireless). The grounds were quite nice.

Landscaping was simply amazing. Location very convenient.
$25 per night to park your car.
The rooms are on the smallish side. Our room was obviously recently remodeled. No complaints about the value received.

Staff was really helpful and took care of any problem that showed up.
I loved staying at this hotel, it feels like you just arrived to you're own private Island. It's really relaxing and if you come with children they will love the Main Lagoon full of ducks. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Nice staff, good location.
It is not a 3 1/2 star - nothing is said about $25 per day parking fee - old dirty rooms - pools not heated.
This was not a good experience. It looked as though there were a lot nicer rooms available and even vacant but we couldn’t get them. We could not have booked at this hotel for parking price.

The staff was very accommodating to us upon arrival getting the extra pillows we requested in a timely manner, etc. But we had to request to be changed suites because the air conditioner unit gaped slightly off the wall, letting in not only the humid air that made the room smell moldy, but also allowed for ants and such to sneak into the room. Once we changed rooms we were quite pleased with the accommodations for the rest of our stay. read more
