Fantastic location.

Luxury accommodations at an extremely reasonable price. I'd stay here again and again, especially in one of the rooms in the top levels.

Sterile public rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, expecting the neighborhood to be bad (edge of tenderloin), but the proximity to Bart, union square, etc was good. No cool coffee shops in the immediate neighborhood however.

Comfortable, friendly and upbeat. The staff was quite helpful.
I was located on a non-smoking floor and woke to horrible smoke smell. They did address this immediately though.

The location was excellent. The view from our room was spectacular.
Although I know it's standard, the parking fee was ridiculous.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to be centrally located. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, the amenities were all there. It was very clean. An over all pleasurable experience.

Looks beautiful. Prime location. And excellent staff!
The only thing I can think of is the restaurant menu seemed to be quite expensive.

Excellent hotel. Clean, safe, and upscale. I would recommend this hotel for its central location near great restaurants,cable cars,and B.A.R.T.

Staff was great, beyond expectations, responded to all of our requests quickly. Loved it.
Really had a wonderful experience here.

We had a great time! Excellent views, good location, friendly staff, and a great happy hour.
