They helped us with an early arrival.
No air conditioning or temperature control.

The appearance of the room was very nice. The temperature extremely too warm. No way to control temperature. We were told to open the window but when we did the outside noise was too much to rest.

No pool, towels were hard and scratchy.

This hotel was perfect for us. You can't beat the location and the rooms are large and clean.

Very few elevators worked - took long time to access.

There was a ton of construction going on around the perimiter of the hotel all hours of the night. Even with windows closed, it made it difficult to sleep. Maids carts lined the hallways and only one or two of the 10 elevators was in working order. It was quicker to take 8 flights of stairs! The rooms were small, but comfortable and clean.

The lobby was impressive. The location was great.
The room was closer to Holiday Inn than Marriott.

From the pictures on line we expected a nicer room. The room was very average and the bathroom could have been cleaner. One day there was no wash cloth the next there were no hand towels. Had I been paying the normal price I would have complained. I probably should have anyway.

Location was awsome. Staff was nice. Hotel room was for the price.
Bathrooms could be a little cleaner in each room.

I will stay at this hotel again. You couldn't get a better location. It was within great walking distance to everything. Staff was nice and the rooms were fine.
