Better then sleeping in the gutter, but not by much.
I hated this hotel and could not wait to leave.
The room was run-down, the walls dirty. The counter itself was broken. The tub looked like it needed a good scrubbing. The King size bed was ok, but I slept on the pull-out sofa bed which was horrible. The bedding was put away in the dresser and when I took it out it had hairs on it and some set-in stains. This is a horrible hotel and I could never recommend it to anyone.

It was convenient to where I needed to be.
The rooms were old, dark, run down.
This hotel did not meet my expectations in the least. The toilet did not work well; there were obvious signs that there were leaks from the floor above. When I called the front desk for help, they said the maintenance man lived a half hour away. The rooms had very old furnishings, were drab and dark. The cooling unit was incredibly noisy and it blew directly onto the bed. I felt that I significantly overpaid for the quality of the hotel. read more

Room was very nice for price.
Charged for lobby internet. Mold above shower.
Hotel has a nice, upscale feel to it. The room, with two queen beds was very nice. There was some black mold above shower, but this was easy to ignore for price. The main detriment was a charge for $3.99 for 15 minutes on the internet in the hotel lobby. Then, the internet did not work properly. I don't usually carry a laptop, so this was an annoying detriment. I have never been to a hotel that charges for the lobby internet. read more

Hot tub.
Ice machine broken, no internet, loud a/c.
Hotel did not meet 2* rating expectations. Ice machines were broken, and wireless internet did not work reliably. The only good point was the hot tub.

Good price for hotel room for one night.
Noisy, pool out of order.
OK for one night, but poor location in city.

The bed was hard and the shower was awful, barely any water.
I would not recommend this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was barely a trickle. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cold cereal, and you could make a waffle. Motels in Santa Fe are very expensive but I have stayed in other motels.

Clean, inexpensive enough to get additional room for teenagers.
Leak in bath room that got carpet wet. The breakfast coupon was for $2.50 off and then they charged $2.50 for a cup of coffee.
The Park Inn is an older hotel that has been remodeled. It was clean and fairly comfortable. The bed was good and the service was fine. It was a good place for my family because we had two teenagers along and they gave us adjoining rooms, one a double and the other a king. The rooms had usable microwaves and refrigerators which saved some expense. This is not a luxury or romantic spot. You won't impress anyone with where you are staying. But the hotel gets the job done for clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. read more
