Friendliness of staff.
Tiny room we were given best described as broom cupboard & substandard bedding.

The hotel itself was very nice and well located.

Location and price.
Some staff seemed disinterested.

Decent business-type hotel in the middle of cape town, close to some good restaurants and not far from the excellent waterfront area. It pays to be careful after dark though; the location can suffer from crime-related problems.
