Basic functional hotel, but not very helpful staff.

I really enjoyed the hotel. I was very surprised to find a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The desk staff was very nice and professional. The hotel may not be located downtown but it was close to many restaurants and stores with public transportation right outside the front door of the hotel.

For the price, this is a nice hotel. Centrally located, courteous staff, clean room.

The staff is not courteous.

While the hotel itself is quite nice, clean, centrally located, the service we received was awful. The front desk clerk (who was actually a supervisor!) didn't tell us anything about the facilities offered at the hotel and we had to look them up ourselves. Apparently there was a fitness facility - but we weren't told about, and nothing was mentioned about the wireless internet (a huge selling point these days). I don't need to be fawned over, but a clerk checking me in who's not also on the phone and talking to other employees is not acceptable. Our stay was negatively affected by this lack of attention to us since we were forced to look up available services and ask questions that are normally part of the standard spiel when checking in. Hopefully others have a better experience with the staff because the hotel was nice enough. read more

Overall, the stay was ok. Looking out our window we were on the second floor looking straight at an overfull garbage bin, not very appealling. I liked the location because it was convenient for where I had to be. I wouldn't chose this hotel again though.
